In the last few months we were often guided to pay attention to all those little things we had ignored up to this point. Physical issues came to the surface forcing us to make new choices in our lives, relationships changed to be re-evaluated, all to help us become a more authentic version of ourselves.

This upcoming Winter Solstice as the longest night of the year will be the final conclusion of the continued purging and transformation all of us experienced in 2019.
